Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Online German Teacher Consultant to provide structured and exam-oriented German language training. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching German, international teaching certification, and a strong understanding of CEFR levels (A1–B1/B2). As a consultant, you will play a key role in helping nursing professionals achieve proficiency in German (A1 to B1/B2) to qualify for migration to Germany. Your curriculum will prepare students to pass the Goethe exam and equip them with German-language interview skills relevant to healthcare jobs abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured online German language training (A1–B1/B2), specifically tailored to the students in healthcare fields.
• Develop Goethe exam preparation strategies, including practice tests and mock assessments.
• Tailor lesson plans to healthcare professionals, integrating medical vocabulary and workplace communication.
• Conduct mock exams, timed assessments, and strategy sessions to boost pass rates.
• Offer student feedback to address language weaknesses and exam-related challenges.
• Guide students in cultural expectations and workplace etiquette in Germany.
• Prepare students for job interviews in the German language; self-introduction and professional communication, and role-play mock interviews
• Streamline the curriculum to maximise learning efficiency within tight timeframes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in German Language, Linguistics, Education, or related fields and/or equivalent internationally tested qualification (Goethe, TestDaF, or ÖSD) at B2/C1/C2 level.
• Minimum 3 years of German language teaching experience, preferably online.
• Experience in preparing students for Goethe (A1–B1/B2) exams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to teach students from diverse backgrounds.
• Fluency in English (for instructions and explanations).
• Experience teaching healthcare professionals or industry-specific German is desirable.
• Familiarity with German job market requirements for foreign-trained nurses is a plus.
