Job Title: Recruiter (Lead Generation & Interview Screening)
Location: Remote
Salary: Upto 10k per month
Reports to: HR Manager
Experience: 2/3 years experience.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling lead generation, screening CVs, and conducting interviews to support our recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
-Actively source potential candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing methods.
-Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates.
-Proactively reach out to passive candidates and generate a consistent pipeline of talent.
CV Screening:
-Review and screen resumes/CVs to identify qualified candidates that match the job requirements.
-Ensure a high level of accuracy in CV screening, with attention to detail.
Interviewing:
-Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
-Provide feedback to candidates post-interview.
Collaboration:
-Work closely with the HR Manager to understand recruitment needs and job descriptions.
-Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and progress.
-Assist with any other HR tasks as needed.
Requirements:
-Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience in recruitment.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Should be able to join immediately.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Prior experience with job portals or recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
-Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a bonus.
