Finance Recruiter (2 Positions) - Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Recruiter to join our team and help identify top-tier finance professionals for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, a deep understanding of finance roles, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently. HireGenie is a specialized talent acquisition company providing curated offerings for recruitment of Chartered Accountants (Qualified and Semi-Qualified), Company Secretary, Chartered Financial Analyst, MBA and other graduates and professionals in the field of commerce. HireGenie works with leading consulting firms, corporates and startups in India and Middle East region to assist them in building their Finance team.

Location: Remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle for finance-related positions.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified finance professionals.
• Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting job roles.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Role Requirements:

• Prior experience in finance recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of different sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in finance hiring.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturday half day)

Salary: Competitive, as per industry standards.
