• Industry preference (sales): Edtech, Beauty & Wellness, Banking, Insurance or related B2C
• Timing & shift: 10am to 8pm, 6 working days | Sunday off
• Language: Tamil and English

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Associate, you will do:

• Student Counseling: Advise prospective students about Airblack’s makeup and beauty courses through various communication channels
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive enrollment numbers and contribute to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants
• Event Participation: Be an active part of video counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to boost enrollments
