We are looking for a part-time Business Development Representative (BDR) Trainer to equip aspiring professionals with the skills needed for outreach campaigns, sales tools, and lead generation strategies.
Role Overview:
As a BDR Trainer at Groviio, you will conduct structured training sessions, share industry insights, and mentor students to prepare them for BDR, SDR, and Inside Sales roles. You will focus on practical outreach techniques, sales tools, and best practices for lead generation and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging training sessions on outreach campaigns, lead generation, and sales prospecting.
Teach multichannel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.).
Provide hands-on training with BDR tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, and Outreach.io.
Guide students on lead qualification, CRM usage, and pipeline management.
Teach best practices for writing cold emails, LinkedIn outreach messages, and sales scripts.
Conduct mock outreach sessions and role-playing exercises to boost confidence.
Share real-world case studies and trends to keep training relevant.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales professional.
Strong expertise in outreach strategies, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms and CRMs (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Previous mentoring or training experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to simplify complex sales concepts for learners.
Passion for helping others build successful business development careers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B SaaS, tech sales, or startup environments.
Familiarity with sales methodologies like SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or MEDDIC.
Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
