Job Title: Part time Teacher (Work From HOME)

Subjects : Maths or Science (For Grades 4 to 10)

Salary :

Month 1 : 10000/- (Training Period)

Month 2 : Month 12 (CTC) : 2.2 LPA to 2.5 LPA

Timings : 4:00PM - 9:00PM (Mon-Sat)

After 12 months as a part-time tutor, we will offer the following career options, all work-from-home (WFH), both part-time and full-time

Career Options after 12 Months :

• Tutor Trainers (Part - time WFH) @ Rs 25,000
• Content Managers (Part - time WFH) @ Rs 25,000
• Content Managers (Full - time WFH) @ Rs 40,000

Role & Responsibilities:

• Take 1 Evaluation Class from 4:00PM to 5:00PM.
• Conduct 4 online tutoring sessions between 5:00 PM and 9:00PM , each lasting 1 hour for Mathematics or Science, for students in Classes 4 - 10 from home/hostel/PG.

Requirements : As Part of Our Student-First Approach, following points are non-negotiables

• Stable Internet: Ensure seamless and reliable internet. If needed, take an additional connection to guarantee smooth sessions.
• Professional Setup: A proper workspace with a table, chair, appropriate background, professional attire, and good lighting.
• No Disruptions: A dedicated room with no interruptions is essential during class time.
• Video On: Tutors must keep their video on during classes. Video off is not acceptable.
• No Mobile Usage: No mobile phones during class time.
• Professional Behaviour: Unprofessional or rude behaviour, and inappropriate language with teammates or students will not be tolerated.
