The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, employee engagement, and compliance.

Responsibilities

1)Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Coordinating interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding of new employees.

2)Payroll Management:

• Processing monthly payroll, managing attendance records, and resolving payroll-related queries.

3)Employee Engagement:

• Planning and organizing employee engagement activities to enhance workplace satisfaction.
• Addressing employee concerns and maintaining a positive work culture.

4) Performance Management:

• Assisting in the performance appraisal process and providing feedback mechanisms.

5) HR Operations:

• Maintaining employee records in the HRMS.
• Handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures effectively.

6)HR Compliance:

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, employee records, and statutory requirements like PF, ESI, etc.

Qualifications

- Education:

- Graduate or MBA in HR / Business Administration or a related field.

- Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.

- Prior experience in hiring through platforms like LinkedIn,Indeed, Naukri is preferred.
