Job Description

We are looking for an entry-level Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our operations through a variety of administrative tasks. You will help coordinate schedules, manage communication, and assist with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain daily calendars and schedules
• Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, presentations, and reports
• Maintain and update contact databases
• Organize, file, and retrieve documents as needed
• Assist in conducting research and preparing reports
• Schedule appointments and manage travel arrangements
• Help organize and coordinate meetings and events
• Take minutes during meetings and assist with follow-up actions
• Screen and respond to incoming communications, directing them as needed
• Collaborate with internal team members on various tasks and projects
• Assist with various administrative and project-based tasks as needed

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Basic organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to conduct basic research and compile data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Docs
• A proactive approach to work with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
