Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver insightful Business Studies content adhering to CBSE standards, encourage entrepreneurial thinking, and prepare students for higher education and careers in business, economics, and related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery:
• Design and execute engaging Business Studies lessons that captivate students' interest.
• Integrate case studies, practical examples, and business simulations to enhance learning.
• Lesson Planning:
• Develop structured and comprehensive lesson plans aligned with CBSE guidelines.
• Regularly update and improve lesson content to keep it relevant and engaging.
• Student Assessment:
• Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their academic and professional growth.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain discipline and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maximize productive learning time.
• Parental Engagement:
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events to support a collaborative school community.
• Professional Development:
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest educational trends in business studies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.

Qualifications:

• Founder Level:
• 1-3 years of experience, Postgraduate degree in Business Studies, and B.Ed.
• Master Level:
• 4-8 years of experience, Postgraduate degree in Business Studies, and B.Ed.
• Developer Level:
• 9+ years of experience, Postgraduate degree in Business Studies, and B.Ed or M.Ed.
• Senior Level:
• 12+ years of experience, Ph.D. or M.Phil. in Business Studies, along with B.Ed or M.Ed, and demonstrated leadership in academic instruction.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in teaching IIT-level business and economics courses is highly desirable.

Screening Process:

• Written Test: Subject-specific exam in Business Studies.
• Proficiency Test: Assessment of MS Office skills.
• Reading Test: Conducted via Microsoft Teams.
• Teaching Demonstration: Mock classroom session to evaluate teaching skills.
