Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary English Teacher to join our dynamic team. The role involves delivering engaging English language lessons to students in classes 1-5, ensuring alignment with CBSE curriculum standards and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery:

• Plan and execute English language lessons that promote active learning and student engagement.
• Ensure lessons are structured according to CBSE curriculum guidelines for primary education.

• Lesson Planning:

• Develop detailed lesson plans incorporating a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles.

• Student Assessment:

• Regularly assess students' progress through formative and summative assessments.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance.

• Classroom Management:

• Maintain discipline and uphold school policies to create a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning.

• Parental Communication:

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Collaborate with parents to support students' overall development and educational goals.

• Professional Development:

• Participate actively in professional development opportunities provided by the school.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.

Qualifications:

• Founder Level:
• 1-3 years of teaching experience in English at the primary level.
• Postgraduate degree (Masters or equivalent) in English Literature, Language, Education, or a related field.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree.
• Master Level:
• 4-8 years of teaching experience in English at the primary or secondary level.
• Postgraduate degree (Masters or equivalent) in English Literature, Language, Education, or a related field.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree.
• Demonstrated deep understanding of English literature and language concepts.
• Developer Level:
• 9+ years of teaching experience, including significant experience in curriculum development and leadership roles within the English department.
• Postgraduate degree (Masters or equivalent) in English Literature, Language, Education, or a related field.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or M.Ed. (Master of Education) degree.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing curriculum enhancements, leading professional development initiatives, and mentoring other educators in English instruction.

Screening Process:

• Written Test: Subject-specific exam assessing proficiency in English.
• Proficiency Test: Evaluation of MS Office skills.
• Reading Test: Conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams.
• Teaching Demonstration: Demonstration of teaching skills through a mock class session.
