Inside Sales Executive/Business Development - Jaipur Work from Home Jobs

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Inside Sales Executive with experience in sales within a marketing agency or an IT/Software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and growth. This is a remote position, and the candidate may need to take calls during the night to accommodate our global clients.

Prior experience in generating leads or sales through LinkedIn is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients through research and outreach.
• Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies and improve processes.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on sales activities and results.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in a marketing agency or an IT/Software company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Experience in selling Google Ads services or lead generation services is a plus.
• Flexibility to take calls during night hours to accommodate global clients.

Remuneration:

• INR 2.4 to 3.6 LPA + Incentives
