About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Europe-based positions, spanning both technology and leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving talent acquisition strategies across multiple European countries.

This role requires someone who understands European market nuances, hiring compliance, and sourcing talent across diverse regions and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Europe, including technology, data, and leadership positions.
• Partner closely with business leaders, TA managers, and hiring teams to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess high-caliber candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
• Build strong pipelines for niche and leadership roles across functions such as engineering, data science, product, consulting, and sales.
• Conduct initial screening, evaluate technical/functional fit, and coordinate interview logistics.
• Ensure compliance with regional employment laws, GDPR, and internal hiring policies.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring insights to business stakeholders.
• Work in collaboration with global TA teams to support scaling efforts and talent branding in the European market.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Europe hiring.
• Strong experience hiring for technology and leadership-level roles.
• Excellent understanding of European market dynamics, including cultural and regional differences.
• Proven experience working with international stakeholders and global teams.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, and niche tech job boards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Product-based companies preferred.

Good to Have

• Exposure to GenAI, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Analytics hiring.
• Prior experience working in global or matrix organizations.
