Responsibilities:

• Administration and support of Citrix ADC and Azure load balancers
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents with Citrix ADC
• Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
• Complete root cause analysis and problem management and share with team members to improve team processes
• Knowledge transfer with other team members to improve overall team education
• Take ownership of assigned task(s) and provide timely and accurate updates

Qualifications

Academic and professional qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of with Citrix ADC administration and configuration.
• 1-2 years of Azure experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a complex environment
• Team player with proven communication, organizational and strong interpersonal skills
• Self motivated, with keen attention to detail and excellent judgment skills
• Must have excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and drive to results with a high emphasis on quality
• Experience with ServiceNow
