Role Overview:
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Baoiam, you will play a crucial role in
expanding our student base by driving admissions for the Success Fusion Program. This is a
remote, target-based role with high-growth opportunities for top performers. If you have a
passion for sales, a knack for persuasion, and a drive to excel in the fast-growing edtech
industry, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation: Identify, connect, and convert potential students through direct
outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
Counseling & Enrollment: Guide students and parents in understanding the benefits of
Baoiam’s courses, addressing their queries, and assisting them in enrollment.
Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed the assigned sales targets within the given timeframe.
Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and
educational institutions to drive word-of-mouth admissions.
Follow-Ups & CRM Management: Keep track of leads, follow up regularly, and update
CRM with student details.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with Baoiam’s course offerings, competitor analysis,
and industry trends to enhance sales strategies.
Eligibility & Requirements:
? Experience: 0-3 years in sales, business development, or tele-counseling (Edtech
experience is a plus).
? Education: Bachelor’s degree (any field). Freshers with strong sales skills are welcome!
? Skills Required:
? Excellent communication & persuasion skills
? Strong sales & negotiation abilities
? Self-motivated and result-driven mindset
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? Basic knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office (preferred)
