About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR processes, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and payroll activities. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing IT organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle, focusing on IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with managers.
• Ability to hire for entry-level to senior-level positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet organizational needs.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

• Manage the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new employees.
• Conduct exit formalities and gather feedback during offboarding.

Payroll & Attendance Management:

• Ensure timely payroll processing and handle attendance records.
• Manage employee benefits and resolve payroll-related queries.

Employee Engagement:

• Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace.
• Address employee concerns and promote a culture of openness.

HR Administration:

• Generate offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
• Keep the employee directory updated with accurate information.

Policy Implementation:

• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Suggest improvements to make HR processes more effective.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a start-up IT organization.
• Strong understanding of HRMS systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
