Job Description

Role Overview:

As an Office Manager cum Hiring Coordinator, you will play a critical role in streamlining our operations and elevating our hiring process. This role demands a multi-faceted professional who is adept at juggling multiple responsibilities and can take ownership of their tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Hiring Coordination: Create comprehensive assessments and conduct personal interviews for hiring to ensure we attract and recruit top-tier talents.
  • Office Management: Coordinate tasks with the team, manage front office duties, and ensure the workspace is organized and conducive to productivity.
  • Secretarial Duties: Act as the personal secretary for the founder, liaising with various stakeholders, and simplifying executive workflows.
  • Data Management: Regularly update key metrics, demonstrating an ability to analyze and present data effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management, administrative roles, or a similar position.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Adaptability and openness to learning.
  • Experience in the hiring process, including creating assessments and conducting interviews, is a plus.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Get paid 2.4-3.6 lakhs INR base pay based on experience.
  • Get rewarded with a performance-based bonus.

Salary: ?2,40,000.00 - ?3,60,000.00 per year
