Job Description:

Having found exceptional product/market fit, we’re in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to ‘scale-up’, and looking for Customer Support Executives to manage Customer Queries and escalations through Email , Chat ,calls and maintain customer satisfaction.

We are looking for candidates who are ambitious, street-smart and most importantly hungry for enormous learning.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Act as a liaison, provide product / services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.

2. Catering to customer phone calls /Emails/Chats to provide resolutions to customer queries and issues.

3. Handling customer concerns and complaint in a timely manner.

4. Provide accurate , valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

5. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

6. Keep records of customer interactions ,Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

7. Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

8. Managing payment and delivery of customer orders.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Proven experience in Customer Support / Tele Sales/Voice process/ Chat Process / Email Process.

2. Familiarity with CRM Systems and practices.

3. Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

4. Should be an articulate presenter & speaker , a strategic planner but above all, dynamic and goal-oriented.

5. Strong Organization skills and Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

6. Possesses a “hands-on” approach and an ability to multitask in a fast paced start up environment.

7. Should be a team player & ready to take up new tasks & Challenges.

8. Should have excellent problem solving skills.

9. Ability to prioritize task and manage time effectively.

10. Candidates based out of Bangalore, and willing to join immediately will be given preference.
