Hiring Sr. US IT Technical recruiter

Location: Remote
Experience needed : 5+ to 10 years in US process.

Responsibilities:

End to End Recruitment- Requirement Gathering, Screening, Interview Scheduling, Partner channel handling, HR discussions, Compensation.
- Working experience on Contract based / Permanent roll on the requirements
- Negotiations, Offer making and Co-ordinating the whole recruitment process.
- Handling all recruitment activities, analyzing market trends, and establishing pipeline of candidates to full fill resource pool needs.
- Minimizing lead time between sourcing and onboarding and maximizing utilization of LinkedIn and referral channels for fulfilling hiring needs.
- Ensuring accomplishment of set recruitment targets.
- Recruitment plan preparation & manpower planning.
- Employer branding by utilization of social media channels.
- Focus on data driven recruitment, in bound recruitment and keeping diversity in hiring Skill & behavior analysis of candidates.
