JOB TITLE: BPO TRAINER
LOCATION: MATHIKERE, YESHWANTPUR, Bangalore
Salary: 30k CTC

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced BPO Trainer to join our team. The BPO Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering comprehensive training program to our Customer Service Representative and other operational Staff.

Responsibilities:
• Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia visual aids, tailored to the specific needs of our client projects.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires, focusing on product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
• Facilitate ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and performance of existing team members.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching to address areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with operations managers and client stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any Specialization.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BPO environment, with at least 1 year in a training or coaching role.
• Strong understanding of BPO operations, including customer service, technical support, sales, or back-office processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Salary: 30k CTC
