Process Associate - Voice

Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi

Shift: Night (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

Salary: ?15,500 to ?17, 500

Working Days: 5 days/week (Fixed Sat & Sun off)

Excellent English fluency, both verbal and written.

We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our Voice Operations team. The ideal candidate will excel in handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Accurately process and document information obtained during calls.
• Assist callers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow predefined scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless call flow.
• Meet performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information obtained during calls.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a voice process role is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications.
• Excellent English fluency, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with callers.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
