Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in sourcing and recruiting candidates for non-IT roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates for non-IT positions through job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing methods.

Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to match candidates' skills and qualifications with job requirements.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.

Recruitment Administration: Manage job postings, track applicant progress, and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and provide guidance on candidate selection.

Offer Management: Assist in preparing and extending job offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating the hiring process.

Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations for talent acquisition.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on non-IT roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Enthusiasm for finding and placing top talent in non-IT roles.
