Job Responsibilities:

• Student Enrollment & Counseling:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admission process for various digital marketing courses.
• Counsel students on course details, career opportunities, and batch schedules to help them make informed decisions.
• Batch Management:
• Create, manage, and schedule batches for multiple digital marketing courses.
• Coordinate with trainers and students to ensure smooth course execution.
• Digital Marketing Course Promotion:
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote digital marketing courses via social media, online platforms, and other channels.
• Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, and online workshops to attract potential students.
• Conversion & Follow-up:
• Follow up with leads generated through various digital marketing channels to convert them into course enrollments.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for student enrollment.
• Course Updates & Feedback:
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing to advise students on career prospects and industry demands.
• Collect feedback from students to continuously improve the courses offered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• 2-5 years of experience as an Admission Counselor, Student Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in an EdTech company or digital marketing training institute.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and industry trends.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and create effective schedules for batches.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close enrollments.
