Job Description: As a US Healthcare Recruiter at Coherence, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent within the healthcare sector. This position requires a deep understanding of the US healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, specialized roles, and emerging trends. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in healthcare recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare positions, including but not limited to nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate interview schedules, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting healthcare recruitment.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative recruitment strategies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and hiring clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare terminology, licensure requirements, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.
