Job Opportunity: Telecaller for Meal Delivery Subscription App

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team for a meal delivery subscription app. This role involves handling inbound leads from all over Pune, explaining our product, and ensuring a smooth communication process with potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Call inbound leads to explain the meal delivery subscription service.
• Maintain and update a database of leads in an Excel sheet.
• Engage with leads through WhatsApp as needed.
• Ensure all customer interactions are documented and follow up as required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and Basic English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel for database management.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow up efficiently.
