Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Help Desk Support Specialist at JollyBuoy Tech. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve resolving IT and Non-IT-related issues, providing excellent customer support. While this role is primarily based in Hyderabad, some remote work is acceptable.
