Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment (80%) and supporting core HR functions (20%) such as onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Key Responsibilities:

• Job Posting & Advertising: Write and publish job descriptions on job boards, social media, and our career page.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates via job portals, databases, networking, and referrals.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct or arrange assessments (e.g., skills tests, behavioral interviews) to evaluate fit.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain timely communication with candidates and ensure a positive experience.
• Offer Negotiation: Discuss salary, benefits, and finalize employment terms with selected candidates.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with documentation, background checks, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Build relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience hiring talent for International BPOs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with job portals and sourcing tools
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
