Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to leverage AI technology to achieve a dramatic transformation in science education outcomes. Success means creating and implementing systems that enable students to master scientific concepts twice as fast as traditional methods, across all major scientific disciplines and academic levels.

Basic Requirements

• Scientific expertise backed by a Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or related field
• Proven track record of 3+ years elevating science education through teaching or curriculum development
• Working knowledge of programming fundamentals in any language
• Hands-on experience with AI applications in educational contexts, such as adaptive learning systems or content generation
• Sharp analytical mind capable of transforming complex data into meaningful educational insights
• Outstanding ability to communicate scientific concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
