Job Title: District Head
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the sales operations within the district.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
3. Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
4. Identify and onboard new partners to expand the company’s reach within the designated area,meeting monthly sales targets.
5. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners and clients.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
8. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market insights.
9. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to streamline processes and enhance overall business efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a leadership role.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving targets.
3. Excellent understanding of the entire region, including market dynamics.
4 Strong experience in cultivating and managing channel partnerships.
5. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field (preferred).
