At BYJU'S, you will be instrumental in providing support, monitoring progress, and helping students fully utilize our learning platform. This position is ideal for mothers looking for a flexible work arrangement while making a significant impact on students' academic success.

Responsibilities

Mentor and engage with students assigned to you, ensuring their active participation and success in the BYJU'S learning program.
Guide learners through their academic journey, providing them with access to quality resources and support through BYJU'S.
Utilize various contact channels, such as phone, chat, and video, to effectively communicate with students and parents.
Monitor and analyze student performance dashboards to track their progress and development within the BYJU'S app.
Inspire and counsel students to excel academically and in extracurricular activities, ensuring they make the most of BYJU'S resources.
Assist students and parents in fully utilizing the BYJU'S app, ensuring they are well-supported in their educational endeavors.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance objectives, including 5 hours of talk time per day, connecting with 60 customers, and making 150 or more dialed calls.
Meet performance targets and contribute to the overall success of BYJU'S educational programs.

Requirements

Graduation is mandatory to apply for the Student Success Specialist position at BYJU'S.
Must have a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi access at home to perform job duties effectively.
Proficiency in English is essential, with regional language fluency in Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, Malayalam, Bengali, or Telugu being an added advantage.
Maximum age limit of 35 years.
Previous experience in mentoring, teaching, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and guide students through their learning journey with BYJU'S.
