Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Onboarding to assist new customers in setting up and using our platform/services effectively. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, resolving queries, and helping customers get the most value from our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
-Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
-Assist customers with account setup, product navigation, and initial troubleshooting.
-Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.
-Educate customers on key features, best practices, and usage tips.
-Work closely with internal teams (sales, tech, and operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
-Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
-0-3 years of experience in customer support, onboarding, or a similar role.
-Strong communication skills in English and [Other Preferred Languages].
-Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
-Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn about our products/services.
-Proficiency in CRM tools, chat support, and email handling is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce industries is an advantage.
-Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
-Empathy and customer-first mindset.
