About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our team, if you're passionate about recruitment, do not hesitate taking multiple calls and enjoy coordination then, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment.
Source, screen and engage candidates through job posts, social media, networking and referrals.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with job requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Develop job descriptions, post job ads and maintain an up-to-date database of candidates.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and market conditions.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in recruiting.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You can be having any qualification - but you must know how to do recruitment.
