MOTAD is an award-winning advertising agency specializing in digital and creative services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to manage and elevate the MOTAD brand to become the most preferred agency in the region.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will own and manage the MOTAD brand, driving strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility, credibility, and preference in the region. This role requires a self-starter who can strategize, execute, and measure impactful marketing efforts while ensuring all deliverables align with the agency’s vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position MOTAD as a leading agency in the region.
• Create milestone-driven plans to achieve branding and marketing objectives.

Performance Measurement:

• Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Analyze performance data to optimize future initiatives.

Collateral Development:

• Develop and maintain high-quality marketing collaterals, including brochures, videos, presentations, and case studies.
• Ensure all materials are aligned with the MOTAD brand voice and visual identity.

Social Media Management:

• Oversee content creation and management for MOTAD’s social media platforms.
• Implement campaigns to drive engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

Lead Generation for Sales:

• Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns and outreach.
• Implement tools and strategies to nurture potential clients.

Award Nominations:

• Identify and apply for relevant industry awards to enhance MOTAD’s reputation.
• Create compelling submissions to highlight the agency’s achievements.

Website Management:

• Manage and enhance MOTAD’s website to ensure it remains dynamic, user-friendly, and aligned with branding goals.
• Regularly update content and optimize for SEO.

Client Presentations:

• Develop and refine MOTAD’s presentations to prospective and existing clients, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and achievements.

PR and Outreach:

• Plan and execute PR campaigns to promote MOTAD’s achievements in relevant publications.
• Establish partnerships with media outlets to amplify the agency’s presence.

Highlighting Achievements & Case Studies:

• Create and disseminate case studies and success stories of MOTAD’s work.
• Highlight key milestones and accomplishments across marketing channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the advertising, digital, or creative services industry.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and creative strategies.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
