Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Specialist (Fresher) to join our growing sales team. As a fresh graduate or entry-level professional, you will receive comprehensive training to help you succeed in driving sales opportunities and generating leads remotely. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the sales field.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, qualify leads, and build relationships through timely and effective communication.
- Sales Support: Assist the senior sales team by providing them with qualified leads, setting up meetings, and gathering necessary information about prospective customers.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and understand the companys products or services to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects.
- CRM Management: Record and manage customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities using the companys CRM software.
- Sales Target Achievement: Strive to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs under the guidance of the sales team.
- Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and clients to ensure progress towards closing deals.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate remotely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation efforts and sales strategies.
- Market Research: Assist in gathering market data and competitor analysis to help improve sales approaches.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, sales activities, and progress towards targets.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required Open to fresh graduates or individuals with limited experience in sales.
- Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using various communication tools (email, video calls, CRM software) and online platforms.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
- Organized: Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Goal-oriented: Desire to achieve sales targets and grow in the sales career.
- Problem-solving: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong attention to detail.
Education & Experience
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.
