Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Candidate Screening

• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments or role-specific tests, if applicable.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.

Pipeline Management

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and recruitment metrics.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
• Prepare offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

Employer Branding

• Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events.
• Create engaging job advertisements and contribute to building a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• Hiring, Recruiting, and Employer Branding skills
• Communication skills
• IT Recruitment experience
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and networking technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive at eCAPS in Coimbatore. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for hiring, communication, recruiting, and employer branding in the IT recruitment domain.
